Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BQBundle (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

BQBundle is a BigQuery Schema Explorer and Visualization Tool that helps you explore, visualize, and export BigQuery schemas in AI-compatible formats. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Description of Service

BQBundle provides the following services:

• Secure authentication via Google OAuth
• Access to your authorized BigQuery projects and datasets
• Schema exploration and visualization tools
• Data export capabilities in various formats (JSON, YAML, Markdown)
• Sample data preview functionality
• Token counting for AI model optimization

User Account and Responsibilities

Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Google account to use BQBundle
• You must have appropriate permissions to access BigQuery data you wish to explore
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

User Responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Not use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Ensure you have proper authorization to access and export any BigQuery data
• Comply with Google Cloud Platform terms and BigQuery usage policies

Data Access and Usage

BigQuery Data Access

• BQBundle only accesses BigQuery data you explicitly authorize through Google OAuth
• You retain full ownership and control of your BigQuery data
• We do not store your BigQuery data on our servers
• All data access is performed in real-time through secure Google Cloud APIs

Export and Usage Rights

• You have the right to export schema information from data you own or have access to
• Exported data remains your property and responsibility
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
• You must not export or share data that violates any confidentiality agreements

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services (Google Cloud, internet providers)
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• BQBundle and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
• The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our written permission

Your Rights

• You retain all rights to your BigQuery data and any exports you create
• You grant us a limited license to access your authorized BigQuery data to provide the service
• This license terminates when you revoke access or delete your account

Prohibited Uses

You may not use BQBundle:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• To introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful code

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BQBundle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Disclaimer

The information on this service is provided on an “as is” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of this service or the content of any sites linked to this service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BQBundle and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination

• You may terminate your use of the service at any time by revoking OAuth access
• We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately
• All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

Third-Party Services

BQBundle integrates with third-party services, including:

• Google Cloud BigQuery: For data access and management
• Google OAuth: For authentication and authorization

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BQBundle operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.
